Chuan Park Showflat Viewing: How to Book (2026 Guide)
The Chuan Park showflat is by appointment only. Here is what the viewing covers, how to book a slot with Kaeden Ong (ERA), what to prepare, and the questions worth asking on site.
Appointment only. The Chuan Park showflat is not a walk-in gallery. Slots are confirmed ahead of time, and the gallery occasionally closes for private previews — so message us before you travel down.
Showflat visit at a glance
What a Chuan Park showflat viewing actually covers
A viewing is a structured session rather than a casual browse. In a typical visit you walk through the show units, then sit down with the current unit chart and work through the numbers for the stacks that suit you.
- The show units — finishes, ceiling heights, kitchen and bathroom specification, and how the layouts feel at real scale.
- Site plan and stack orientation — which stacks face the pool, the MRT side, or the internal landscape, and what the afternoon sun does to each.
- The current balance-unit chart — what is genuinely still available on the day, not last month's list.
- Your own numbers — progressive payment timeline, stamp duty, loan sizing, and the total cost of the specific unit you are considering.

Developer renders and the availability heat map used during a viewing. Renders are artist impressions.
How to book your slot
Booking goes through Kaeden Ong, the marketing agent for this site. There is no charge to the buyer for a viewing or for the price list.
1. Message us
WhatsApp 9048 0660 or use the showflat appointment form with your preferred day and time.
2. Get the pack first
We send the latest price list, the balance-unit chart and the floor plans so you arrive with a shortlist rather than starting from zero.
3. Slot confirmed
We confirm the timing and meet you at the gallery. Weekend slots fill first, so a day or two of notice helps.
4. Follow-up in writing
After the viewing you get the shortlist, the payment timeline and the numbers in writing — no pressure to decide on the spot.
What to prepare before you go
- Your budget ceiling, and ideally an in-principle approval so loan sizing is not guesswork.
- Two or three preferred layouts from the floor plans, so the session is spent comparing rather than browsing.
- Your stamp duty position — first property, second property, or with an existing home to sell.
- Everyone who decides. A second visit for a spouse or parent costs you a week when stacks are thinning.
Which unit types you can view
Chuan Park spans 2-bedroom through 5-bedroom layouts across the development's towers. Not every layout is built as a show unit at any given time — the display set changes as the project sells through — so ask which types are physically up before you visit if a specific layout is the whole reason for the trip.
On availability and pricing: balance units and prices move daily and are set by the developer. Rather than quoting figures that go stale, we send you the current price list and unit chart on request, dated on the day it is issued. See the live price and availability section on our home page.
Questions worth asking on site
- Which stacks are left in my layout, and what is the price gap between the low and high floors?
- What faces this stack today, and what could be built there later?
- What is the progressive payment schedule from booking to completion?
- Which units have been repriced, and which have sat unsold and why?
- What is the maintenance fee band for this unit size?

Frequently asked questions
Can I walk in to the Chuan Park showflat without an appointment?
It is not advisable. Viewings are by appointment and the gallery can be closed for private previews or maintenance, so a walk-in risks a wasted trip. Message us first and we will confirm a slot.
Is there any cost to view the showflat or receive the price list?
No. Viewings, the developer price list, the balance-unit chart and the floor plans are all free to buyers. Commission on a new launch is paid by the developer, not by you.
How long does a viewing take?
Budget 45 to 60 minutes for the show units plus the unit chart and payment discussion. Allow longer if you want to compare several stacks or run financing scenarios in detail.
Can I reserve a specific unit before I visit?
Units cannot be held indefinitely, but if a particular stack matters we will check it is still available on the day and flag it before you travel down, so you are not viewing something already taken.
What should I bring to the appointment?
NRIC or passport, your budget range, an in-principle approval if you have one, and your shortlist of preferred layouts. Bring every decision-maker if you can.
